摘 要:建立了含有多层薄膜结构的同轴型峰化电容器的垂直极化电磁脉冲辐射波模拟器的FDTD计算模型,用导通柱模型代替输出开关,模拟了开关导通后的放电过程,得到了辐射电场的时域波形,并与实验结果进行了对比。结果表明,模拟计算结果与实验结果符合较好,证明了所用模型的可靠性和计算的准确性。在此基础上,计算了峰化电容器内芯长度及电极端面半锥角对模拟器辐射场的影响。结果表明:锥面天线中引入一体化设计的峰化电容器后,辐射场时域波形在达到峰值前后,均出现了预脉冲及高频振荡叠加,这与理想锥天线的辐射场时域波形明显不同;峰化电容器内芯长度的变化对模拟器辐射场的峰值影响不大,但对低频特性有一定的影响;峰化电容器电极端面半锥角与模拟器的半锥角相同时,可以获得快上升沿的辐射场。A FDTD calculation model of vertically polarized electromagnetic pulse(EMP)radiating-wave simulator with multi-layer film structure of coaxial peaking capacitor is presented.A conductor column model is used instead of the output switch to simulate the discharge process after output switch turned on,and the time domain waveform of the radiated electric field is obtained.Both of the simulation results and the experimental ones agree well,and the reliability and accuracy of the model are proved.On this basis,the influences of the inner core length of the peaking capacitor and the semi-cone angle of the electrode on the radiation field are calculated.The results show that the prepulse and the high frequency oscillation superposition before/after the radiation field reaches peak-value respectively after introducing the integrated design of the peaking capacitor in the conical antenna are obviously different from that of the ideal cone antenna.The change of the inner core length has little effect on the peak value of the radiation field of the simulator,but has some effect on the field characteristics in low frequency.The fast rise-time of radiation field can be obtained when the electrode’s semi-cone angle of the peaking capacitor is the same as the semi-cone angle of the simulator.
