摘 要:利用矩形波导内传输的高功率微波(HPM)只有TE 10模式的特点,设计了一种基于磁耦合的定向耦合器。仿真结果表明,该定向耦合器在频率为9~10 GHz内,耦合度可达(53±1)dB,方向性大于25 dB。小信号与HPM信号测试结果均表明,该X波段定向耦合器的耦合度及方向性均与仿真结果吻合较好。该定向耦合器具有功率容量和测量精度高的优点,可用于拍波HPM合成效果研判和单路HPM脉冲参数测量。A directional coupler based on magnetic coupling is designed by using the characteristic of TE 10 mode for high power microwave(HPM)in rectangular waveguide.The simulation results show that the directional coupler has a coupling degree of(53±1)dB at a frequency of 9-10 GHz,and its directivity is greater than 25 dB.The testing results of small signal and HPM signal both show that the coupling degree and directivity of the X-band directional coupler are in good agreement with the simulation results.The directional coupler possesses the advantages of high power capacity and high measuring precision.It can be used to study the synthesis effect of beating wave HPM and to measure the parameters of single channel HPM pulse.
