助产士主导式集成化温柔生产护理工程在产科初产妇中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的观察助产士主导式集成化温柔生产护理工程在产科初产妇中的应用效果。方法选择助产士主导式集成化温柔生产护理工程实施前(2018年1-12月)和实施后(2019年1-12月)于我院围产门诊建档,足月临产入产房时处于低危状态的初产妇各50例纳为研究样本,分设为对照组与试验组。对照组初产妇接受常规助产护理,试验组初产妇接受助产士主导式集成化温柔生产护理工程干预,比较2组干预效果。结果试验组母婴结局各项指标均显著优于对照组,产科护理满意率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论助产士主导式集成化温柔生产护理工程在产科初产妇中的应用实践,可显著改善母婴结局,提升产科护理满意率。Objective To observe the application effect of midwife-led integrated gentle production nursing project in obstetric primipara.Methods Select midwife-led integrated gentle production and nursing project before and after implementation(January to December 2018)and after implementation(January to December 2019)to establish files in our perinatal clinic.Fifty cases of primiparas in critical state were included in the study sample.The parturients before and after implementation were divided into control and test groups.Compare the observation indexes of the two groups after intervention.Results The indicators of maternal and child outcomes in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the satisfaction rate of obstetric nursing was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application practice of midwife-led integrated gentle production and nursing project in obstetrical primiparas can significantly improve the maternal and infant outcomes of this type of maternal and improve the satisfaction rate of obstetric nursing.
