ACT在老年支气管扩张患者排痰管理的临床应用

摘　　要：目的观察气道廓清技术(ACT)在老年支气管患者排痰中应用效果。方法选取2019年2月-2020年2月我院收治的90例老年支气管扩张患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组(n=45)与参考组(n=45)。观察组在常规护理的基础上给予ACT以帮助排痰,参考组给予常规护理,对比2组排痰效果。结果干预前2组患者排痰量对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后3 d、7 d 2组排痰量均明显增加,且观察组的高于参考组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相较于常规护理,将ACT用于老年支气管患者排痰中可进一步提高排痰量,效果更好,值得推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of act technique(airway clearance technique)in the elderly patients with expectoration.Methods from February 2019 to February 2020,90 elderly patients with bronchiectasis in our hospital were selected as the research objects,and divided into observation group(n=45)and reference group(n=45)according to multi center,parallel and control method.On the basis of routine nursing,the observation group was given act technology to help expectoration,while the reference group was given routine comprehensive nursing to expectoration,and the effect of expectoration was compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in sputum output between the two groups before the intervention(P>0.05).The sputum output of the two groups increased significantly 3 days after the intervention and 7 days after the intervention.The observation group was significantly higher than the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Act technology can effectively help the elderly patients with bronchitis expectoration.Compared with the traditional methods,act technology can accelerate the recovery of patients'diseases,shorten the length of stay,and has better therapeutic effect.It is worth promoting and using in clinical practice.
