护理敏感指标在降低胃管相关性压力性损伤发生率中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨护理敏感指标在降低胃管相关性压力性损伤发生率中的效果。方法统计2017年10月-2018年3月我院心血管外科重症监护室194例留置胃管患者的胃管相关性压力性损伤率,分析原因,制定护理干预策略,对2018年4月-2018年9月219例留置胃管患者进行干预策略实施,比较其胃管相关性压力性损伤率和患者满意度。结果防控策略实施前,患者胃管相关性压力性损伤发生率为11.3%,实施后发生率为5.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施前患者满意度为73.2%,实施后患者满意度为96.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以降低胃管相关性压力性损伤发生率作为护理专科敏感指标,有针对性地改进护理措施,可提高护理人员的重视程度,减少胃管相关性压力性损伤的发生,提升患者安全及满意度,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the effect of nursing sensitive indexes on reducing the incidence of gastric tube related pressure injury in cardiovascular surgery ICU.Methods Calculating the rate of gastric tube-related pressure injury in 194 patients with indwelling gastric tube from October 2017 to March 2018 in cardiovascular intensive care unit,analyzing the reasons,developing intervention strategy.Intervention strategy to implement for 219 patients with indwelling gastric tube from April 2018 to September 2018 and to compare the rate of gastric tube related pressure injury and patient satisfaction.Results After the implementation of the prevention and control strategy,the incidence of gastric tube-related pressure injury was decreased from 22.2%to 5.5%and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Patient satisfaction was increased from 73.2%to 96.3%and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion By determining that reducing the incidence of gastric tube-related pressure injury as a sensitive indicator of specialized nursing quality management is worthy of clinical promotion,it was not merely to improve the nursing measures,strengthen the attention of nurses to the gastric tube-related pressure injury,but also to reduce the occurrence of gastric tube-related pressure injury and improve patient safety and patient satisfaction.
