摘  要:介绍了一种超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)管材快速挤出工艺,以“顶出法”设备为基础,配以真空定径、冷却、牵引;实现了UHMWPE管材的快速挤出,是“顶出法”的3~6倍;且管材表观光洁度远远好于“熔融法”。是一种投资小,高效可行的先进工艺。A rapid extrusion process of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE)pipe was introduced,it was based on the“ejection method”equipment,equipped with vacuum sizing,cooling,and traction.The realization of UHMWPE pipe rapid extrusion was 3~6 times of the“push-out method”.And the surface cleanliness of the pipe was better than the“melting method”.It was an advanced process with small investment and high efficiency.
