摘 要:采用溶胶-凝胶法制备锌-铈抗菌白炭黑,并通过双向拉伸工艺制备锌-铈抗菌白炭黑/双向拉伸尼龙薄膜(BOPA)复合薄膜。采用扫描电镜(SEM)、电子能谱(EDS)、粉末X射线衍射(XRD)表征锌-铈抗菌白炭黑粉体的结构。结果表明,在白炭黑粉体上成功负载锌和铈抗菌成分。DSC结果表明,锌-铈抗菌白炭黑对尼龙6具有促进结晶作用。锌-铈抗菌白炭黑的含量为0.4%时锌-铈抗菌白炭黑/BOPA复合薄膜具有最佳的力学性能。结果表明,锌-铈具有协同抗菌作用,可显著提高锌-铈抗菌白炭黑/BOPA复合薄膜的抗菌性能,大肠杆菌抗菌率达到90.1%。The zinc-cerium antibacterial silica was prepared via sol-gel method,and the zinc-cerium antibacterial silica/bidirectional stretch nylon film(BOPA)composite films were prepared using biaxially oriented process.The structure of zinc-cerium antibacterial silica was characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray energy dispersive spectrom(EDS)and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The results show that the antibacterial components of zinc and cerium are successfully loaded on the silica powder.The DSC results indicate that zinc-cerium antibacterial silica is beneficial to increase crystallization temperature of nylon 6(PA6).When the content of zinc-cerium antibacterial silica is 0.4%,composite films have the best mechanical properties.Antibacterial test results indicate that the zinc-cerium ions have synergistic antimicrobial effect and could excellently improve the antibacterial properties of zinc-cerium antibacterial silica/BOPA composite film,which the antibacterial rate of escherichia coli could reach 90.1%.
