摘  要:利用拉伸流场支配的偏心转子挤出机制备了超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)/聚丙烯(PP)/蒙脱土(OMMT)纳米复合材料,固定UHMPWPE/PP的质量比为90/10,改变OMMT含量,分别研究复合材料中OMMT的分散形态、热学行为和流变性能。结果发现拉伸流场有利于OMMT在复合体系中的分散混合,当纳米填料OMMT含量为3 phr时分散效果最好。OMMT含量为3 phr时,均匀分散在基体中并以剥离态为主的OMMT有异相成核的作用,促进了UHMWPE的结晶,此时纳米复合材料中UHMWPE的结晶度最高;OMMT含量为3 phr和5 phr时的片层结构间距最大;OMMT含量为3 phr时热分解起始温度与分解5%时温度也最高;流变结果显示在高频区OMMT含量为3 phr时的储能模量接近于OMMT含量为7 phr时的储能模量。研究结果表明在拉伸流场下较好实现了OMMT的剥离和插层结构。Ultra high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE)/polypropylene(PP)/montmorillonite(OMMT)nanocomposites were prepared by eccentric rotor extrusion mechanism dominated by dynamic elongation flow.The mass ratio of UHMWPE/PP fixed was 90/10,and the content of OMMT was changed.The distribution morphology,thermal behavior and rheological energy of composites OMMT were studied.The results show that the dynamic elongation flow is conducive to the dispersion and mixing of OMMT in the composite system,and the dispersion and distribution effect is the best when the content of OMMT is 3 phr.When the content of OMMT is 3 phr,the OMMT disperses in the matrix and mainly in the stripped state has heterogeneous nucleation,which promotes the crystallization of UHMWPE.The crystallinity of UHMWPE is the highest in the nanocomposites.When the content of OMMT is 3 phr and 5 phr,the lamellar structure spacing is the largest.When the content of OMMT is 3 phr,the initial temperature of thermal decomposition and the temperature of 5%decomposition are the highest.The results show that the storage modulus of 3 phr OMMT is close to that of 7 phr OMMT.The results show that the delamination and intercalation structure of OMMT is well realized in the dynamic elongation flow.
