摘  要:在Spheripol工艺中试装置上开发出了熔体质量流动速率在(100±10)g/10min的超高流动薄壁注塑聚丙烯专用料。采用凝胶色谱仪对中试样品的分子量及其分布进行表征,差示扫描量热仪表征了样品的熔融结晶性能。测定了样品的物理力学性能,中试样品H9068-1等规度为96.3%,弯曲模量为1740 MPa,冲击强度为1.8 kJ/m^2,热变形温度为116℃,雾度为47.0%。探究了聚合时乙烯的加入对产品性能的影响,结果表明乙烯可以提高产品的韧性,改善产品的透明性。最后,在兰州石化11万吨/年工业装置上完成了超高流动薄壁注塑H9068的工业生产。A special material for thin-wall injection-molded polypropylene with melt flow index of(100±10)g/10min was developed on the Spheripol process pilot plant.The relative molecular weight and distribution of samples were characterized by gel chromatograph,and the melting crystallization performance were measured by differential scanning calorimetry.The physical and mechanical properties were tested.The isotacticity of H9068-1 is 96.3%,the flexural modulus is 1740 MPa,and the impact strength is 1.8 kJ/m 2.The heat distortion temperature of H9068-1 is 116℃,and the haze is 47.0%.The impact of ethylene on product performance is studied.And the results show that it can improve the product s toughness and transparency.Finally,the industrial production of ultra-high flow thin-wall injection H9068 is completed on a 110000 ton/year industrial plant in Lanzhou Petrochemical.
