摘　　要：通过动态硫化法制备了三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)/聚丙烯(PP)/丙烯基弹性体(PBE)热塑性硫化橡胶(TPV),在固定橡塑比的条件下,通过PBE替代部分PP,探究了PBE的含量对TPV的微观形貌和力学性能的影响。结果表明,添加PBE能有效减小EPDM交联颗粒的粒径;随着连续相中PBE含量的不断提高,所得TPV的力学性能不断改善,当PBE的添加量为20%时,其拉伸强度达到14.92 MPa,断裂伸长率达到1665%,回弹性也得到明显提升,可应用于汽车、建筑和电子等领域。Ethylene propylene diene monomer(EPDM)/polypropylene(PP)/propylene-based elastomer(PBE)thermoplastic vulcanizate(TPV)was prepared by dynamic vulcanization.Under the condition of fixed ratio of rubber-plastic,the effect of the content of PBE on the micromorphology and mechanical properties of TPV were investigated by replacing part of PP with PBE.The results show that the addition of PBE can effectively reduce the particle size of EPDM cross-linked particles.As the content of PBE in the matrix continues increases,the mechanical properties of prepared TPV continue are improved.When the content of PBE is 20%,its tensile strength could reach 14.92 MPa,elongation at break reaches 1665%,and the resilience is also significantly improved,which can be used in automotive,construction and electronics fields.
