摘 要:相比传统高炉炼铁工艺而言,COREX在环境保护等方面有着独特的优势,但同时仍存在着一些不足之处,比如,其铁水硫含量相比较高。本文详细分析了COREX炉内硫的位置分布和迁移行为,并在此基础上得到与铁水中硫含量相关的一些操作参数。进而,分析了煤比、渣比、铁水温度、熔炼率、二元碱度、MgO/Al2O3、煤气利用率、顶煤气消耗量、金属化率、还原气氧化度及DRI分布指数等对铁水硫含量的影响。在此基础上,拟合得到COREX铁水硫含量的多元线性回归模型,并用于预测及调控铁水硫含量。Compared with traditional blast furnace ironmaking process,the COREX has obvious advantages in environment protection,but still has some shortcoming,it has a higher sulfur content in hot metal(HM)relatively.In this paper,the distribution and transfer of sulfur in the COREX have been analyzed and several operational parameters related to the sulfur content in HM have been obtained.Based on this,the effects of the coal ratio,slag ratio,temperature of HM,melting rate,binary basicity(R2),the ratio of MgO/Al2O3,utilization of reducing gas,top gas consumption per ton burden solid,metallization rate,oxidation degree of reducing gas,and coal and DRI distribution index on the sulfur content in HM are investigated.What’s more,a linear model has been developed and subsequently used for predicting and controlling the S content in HM of the COREX process.
