摘  要:为解决钢板表面麻点的问题,梳理其产生原因和影响因素,发现现场除鳞过程中存在的主要问题是高压水系统供水量及压力不足。通过增加蓄能器罐,优化阀门配置,提高联合油站的供油能力及更换新型喷嘴,提高喷嘴打击力等方式,提升了除鳞设备的能力。另外对板坯加热时间、加热温度、加热气氛、及高压水除鳞工艺等工艺控制方式做了优化改进,有效控制了钢板表面麻点的产生,起到了提升产品表面质量,降低生产成本的目的。In order to solve the problem of steel plate surface pockmarks,sort out its generating causes and influencing factors,analyze and finding the main problems existing in the process of descaling on site,that is,insufficient water supply and pressure of high-pressure water system.Improve the capacity of descaling equipment by increasing accumulator tank,optimizing valve configuration,improving the oil supply capacity of combined oil station,replacing new nozzle and improving the striking force of nozzle etc.In addition,the process control methods such as steel blank heating time,heating temperature,heating atmosphere,and high-pressure water descaling process were optimized and improved,which effectively controlled the generation of pockmarks on the steel plate surface,played the purpose of improving the product surface quality and reducing the production cost.
