摘　　要：热轧镶套支承辊是采用过盈配合的方法将辊套和辊轴热装配成一整体的复合支承辊,辊套和辊轴采用不同材质,能满足辊身和辊颈的不同功能要求。设计时要综合考虑辊套与辊轴的配合结构、配合性能、与相关部件装配关系、轧制使用要求等多方面因素,其中最重要的是配合结构设计、配合直径及过盈量确定、配合面加工精度、装配工艺。通过实际验证,热装镶套支承辊不仅可以达到整体支承辊相同的轧制效果和使用寿命,同时还能明显提高抗断辊事故能力,使用成本大幅降低,值得在广泛推广应用。The hot rolling inlaid backup roll is a kind of composite back-up roll which is made of different materials,the roller sleeve and roller shaft are thermally assembled into a whole by means of interference fit,which can meet the different functional requirements of roll body and roll neck.During the design,many factors should be considered,such as the matching structure of the roll sleeve and the roller shaft,the matching performance,the assembly relationship with the related parts,and the rolling requirements.Among them,the most important factors are the design of the matching structure,the determination of the matching diameter and interference,the machining accuracy of the mating surface,and the assembly process.Through the practical verification,the hot rolling inlaid backup roll can not only achieve the same rolling effect and service life as the whole backup roll,but also significantly improve the ability to resist the roll breaking accident,and greatly reduce the use cost,which is worthy of wide application.
