摘 要:在GIS智能变电站中,采用电子式互感器实现智能变电站信息采集,其测量的准确性、实时性、可靠性是智能变电站安全高效和优质运行的关键。但实际运行中,由于分压原理的电子式电压互感器工作在强电磁干扰环境中,不但受到开关设备操作产生的电弧辐射影响,而且受到来自电力变压器和非线性负荷产生的谐波干扰,引起互感器测量误差,导致继电保护装置误动作。通过采用纯电容分压法和微积分补偿分压法等方法,从硬件上解决电网谐波产生的干扰,使电压网络的最终输出消除频率敏感性,消除电网谐波对电子式互感器测量误差的影响,确保智能变电站系统安全经济运行。The GIS intelligent substation adopts the electronic transformer to realize information acquisition for the intelligent substation,and the accuracy,real-time performance and reliability of the measurement is the key to the safe,efficient and high-quality operation of the intelligent substation.In actual operation,however,the electric voltage transformer working in the voltage division principle and in the environment of strong electromagnetic interference is not only affected by arc radiation generated by switching equipment,but also receives harmonic interference from the power transformer and nonlinear load,so that there appear measurement errors of the transformer,thus resulting in wrong action of the relay protection device.In this paper,interference caused by power grid harmonics was solved with hardware in the purely capacitive voltage division method and voltage division method through differential and integral calculus,so that the final output of the voltage network could be free from frequency sensitivity and the influence of power grid harmonics on the measurement error of the electronic transformer could be eliminated so as to ensure the safe,economical operation of the intelligent substation system.
