摘 要:为了满足电力系统对二次装置提出的新要求,实现不同开关量输入电压的自适应,设计了一种输入电压自适应的开关量采集系统,提出了一种新的基于CTR归一化的开关量输入状态判定算法。系统电路进行了简化设计,增强了EMC性能,引入了滞回特性,并通过MQX实时操作系统进行了实现。经试验验证表明,系统能够快速、稳定地在全温度范围内实现开关量准确采集。对于降低装置的研发成本,提高装置的稳定性和可靠性具有重要意义。In order to meet the new requirement of the power system for secondary devices and realize self-adaptation of different switching input voltages,a self-adaptive switching acquisition system was designed for the input voltage,and a new algorithm based on CTR normalization was proposed for the judgment of switching input status.Simplified design was implemented for the system circuitry,EMC performance was enhanced,and hysteresis characteristic was added.Furthermore,the algorithm was implemented through the MQX real-time operation system.The experimental results showed that the proposed system could realize accurate switching acquisition quickly and stably over the entire temperature range.It was of great significance for the reduction of development cost of the device and improvement of its stability and reliability.
