摘  要:为了在浮地电压测量过程中将测量得到的数据准确地传回计算机进行分析,同时不受外界其他信号的干扰,基于AD7606芯片和FPGA程序设计了一款低成本嵌入式浮地电压波形的采集器。主要依赖FPGA的高集成度以高速处理数据,同时体积较小,能够安放在电气试验过程中的各种位置,非常便利。采集器具有成本低廉和小巧易携的特点,因此非常适合应用于工业生产中。通过测试证明,采集器能够较好地完成浮地电压的测量和内触发工作。An embedded low-cost floating voltage waveform collector based on the AD7606 chip and FPGA program was designed in order to accurately transfer the measured data back to the computer for analysis in the process of floating voltage measurement,without being interfered by other external signals.High FPGA integration made high-speed data processing possible,and the collector of a small volume could be placed conveniently at various positions in the course of electrical test.Characterized by its low cost and portability,the collector could be highly applicable to industrial production.Test results proved that it could well accomplish floating voltage measurement and internal trigger task.
