摘　　要：目的调查某综合ICU多重耐药菌患者病例增多原因,分析事件处置措施效果,为控制医院感染提供依据和对策。方法对ICU病房2019年8月19-24日检出的6例多重耐药菌患者开展流行病学调查和环境卫生学监测,采取干预措施控制多重耐药菌患者聚集。结果该综合ICU共采样247份,其中1名护士手表及多重耐药菌患者专用电脑鼠标分离出鲍曼不动杆菌2株。结论该院综合ICU发生的多重耐药菌患者聚集与环境物体表面消毒处置有关,普通患者物体表面采用常规消毒处置有效,多重耐药菌检出患者物表应采用含氯制剂消毒处置;医护人员对多重耐药菌检出患者实施操作后应尽量选择抗菌洗手液流动水洗手。Objective To investigate the causes for the increase of multi-drug resistant bacteria cases in a comprehensive intensive care unit(ICU),and to analyze the effect of event handling measures,so as to provide evidence and countermeasures for the control of nosocomial infection.Methods Epidemiological investigation and environmental hygiene monitoring were carried out on 6 patients with multi-drug resistant bacteria detected in ICU from 19 to 24 August 2019,and intervention measures were taken to control the aggregation of patients with multi-drug resistant bacteria.Results A total of 247 samples were collected from the comprehensive ICU,from which two strains of acinetobacter baumannii were isolated from a nurse's watch and a computer mouse specially used for patients with multi-drug resistant bacteria.Conclusion The aggregation of patients with multi-drug resistant bacteria in the comprehensive ICU of this hospital is related to disinfection and disposal of environmental objects.Conventional disinfection is effective for the surface of objects of common patients,while the surface of objects of patients detected with multi-drug resistant bacteria should be disinfected by chlorine-containing preparations.Medical staff should clean hands with antibacterial hand sanitizer and running water after the operation on patients with multi-drug-resistant bacteria.
