摘　　要：目的调查两家医院医务人员锐器伤情况及防护器械的需求情况。方法通过发放问卷调查表的形式对四川大学华西口腔医院和成都市武侯区人民医院374名医务人员进行锐器伤情况调查。结果调查结果显示,374名医务人员中,发生过锐器伤的医务人员共173名(46.26%);对发生锐器伤的处置意识正确149名(39.84%);364名(97.33%)认为有必要设计一种防护器械来防止医用锐利器械对医务人员造成的损伤。结论医务人员发生锐器伤概率较大,是感染高风险人群;大部分医务人员不熟悉锐器伤发生的正确处置方法,存在院内感染安全隐患;大多数医务人员认为有必要设计一种防护器械来防止锐器伤且对“多种锐器对应一种防护器”的设计类型的需求度更大。Objective To investigate sharp instrument injuries and the demand for protective devices among medical staff in two hospitals.Methods A total of 374 medical staff in West China Stomatological Hospital of Sichuan University and Wuhou District People’s Hospital of Chengdu were surveyed by questionnaires on sharp instrument injury.Results The survey results showed that among the 374 medical staff,173(46.26%)had experienced sharp instrument injuries,149(39.84%)had correct awareness of handling sharp instrument injury,364(97.33%)considered it necessary to design a protective device to prevent injuries to medical personnel caused by sharp medical instruments.Conclusion Medical personnel have a higher probability of sharp instrument injury,which is a high-risk group of infection.Most of the medical staff are not familiar with the correct treatment of sharp instrument injuries,which leads to potential safety risks of nosocomial infection.Most medical personnel consider it necessary to design a protective device to prevent sharp injuries and there is a greater demand for the design type of“one protective device for various sharp injuries”.
