摘  要:为了实现满灭火剂条件下灭火弹仍具有良好的飞行稳定性,满足发射距离要求,综合考虑灭火炮尺寸和各项参数指标,设计了分瓣式灭火弹结构和外形,并对灭火弹的内、外弹道进行了计算;采用CFD仿真软件对灭火弹气动性能进行了评估,分析结果表明:由于尾翼长度过长,稳定性余量较大,但灭火弹所受到的气动阻力也较大,进而影响了灭火弹的飞行距离,灭火弹弹身至尾翼的收缩段形成了分离尾涡,可通过缩短尾翼长度来提高飞行距离。最后进行了发射试验,试验结果表明,灭火弹总体结构设计合理,也印证了上述仿真分析结果。In order to realize the good flight stability of the fire extinguishing bomb under the condition of full extinguishing agent filling and meet the launching distance requirements,the structure and shape of the split flap fire extinguishing bomb is designed,which considers the size and parameters of fire extinguishing cannons.And the interior and exterior ballistics of the fire extinguishing bomb are calculated.The aerodynamic performance of the fire extinguishing bomb is evaluated by using CFD simulation software.The results show that the tails are too long and the stability margin is large,but the aerodynamic resistance of the fire-extinguishing bomb is also large,which affects the flight distance of the fire-extinguishing bomb.The contraction section from the body of the fire-extinguishing bomb to the tails forms a separated tailing vortex,which can be improved by shortening the tails length.Finally,the launching test is carried out.The results show that the overall structure design of the fire-extinguishing bomb is reasonable,which also confirms the above analysis results.
