液压泵、马达综合性能试验台的设计及不确定度分析

摘　　要：设计了一套液压泵、马达综合性能试验台,完成了配套测试处理软件的开发。试验台的流量测试范围为0~1000 L/min,压力测试范围为0~40 MPa,扭矩测试范围为0~45000 N·m,转速测试范围为0~3000 r/min。并依据液压泵、液压马达效率特性的计算方法和仪器设备的测试精度,计算得到了效率特性测试的合成不确定度。该试验台的技术参数符合JB/T 7043—2006,JB/T 10829—2008和JB/T 8728—2010等液压泵、液压马达产品标准的要求,已用于液压泵、液压马达产品的第三方检验检测。A comprehensive performance test platform for hydraulic pump and motor is designed.The matching test software is also developed.The flow rate in the range of 0 to 1000 L/min,the pressure in the range of 0 MPa to 40 MPa,the torque in the range of 0 to 45000 N·m and the speed in the range of 0 to 3000 r/min can be measured in this platform.According to the mathematical formula and the precision of testing instruments,the synthetic uncertainty of efficiency characteristic of hydraulic pump and motor is calculated.The technical parameters of the platform qualify the product standard of hydraulic pump and motor,such as JB/T 7043—2006,JB/T 10829—2008,JB/T 8728—2010 and etc.The platform is used for the third-party inspection and testing of the hydraulic pump and motor.
