摘 要:由型线方程建立了双涡圈涡旋压缩机涡旋盘几何模型,讨论了双涡圈涡旋齿在加工过程中齿头与刀具的干涉情况,并根据修正后排气角的计算公式给出了任意曲轴转角下任意压缩腔的工作容积以及吸气、排气容积,讨论了双涡圈涡旋压缩机的泄漏模型,并定量分析了径向泄漏线长度。推导出了在基圆半径不变的情况下,能正确啮合的涡旋体型线的起始角范围,定量分析了在圆渐开线起始角或基圆半径不变的情况下,基圆半径或圆渐开线起始角对双涡圈涡旋压缩机性能的影响。The geometric model of the scroll of the double-scroll compressor is established by the contour equation.The interference between the tooth head and the cutter during the processing of the double-scroll tooth is discussed.The formula gives the working volume,suction and exhaust volume of any compression chamber at any crankshaft angle,discusses the leakage model of the double-scroll compressor,and quantitatively analyzes the length of the radial leakage line.The range of starting angles of vortex body lines that can mesh properly with a constant base circle radius is derived.A quantitative analysis of the base circle with a constant start angle of the circle involute or a constant base circle radius Influence of radius or circular involute starting angle on performance of double-scroll compressor.
