摘  要:免烧生土砖材料在压制的过程中对于成型压力控制较为严格,而不同材料在特定压缩比下的成型压力不同,若采用固定模具压制方式,则无法满足不同材料的成型压力。而若采用固定压力控制,虽可适用于多种材料,但由于不同材料成型压缩比不同,需要针对不同材料设计不同尺寸规格的模具,因此都无法快速适应不同生土材料或不同砖型尺寸的生产要求。针对上述问题,提出了一种可控进料液压免烧生土砖机设计方案,试制了该型砖机样机,以改性生土材料对样砖进行了试制,最后对样砖进行了抗压强度测试。实验表明,该型压砖机生产的生土砖尺寸误差小,抗压强度可达到2.49 MPa,可以满足生土砖的生产设计要求。Materials for baking-free brick-making often require strict control of molding pressure.However,a fixed mold could not adapt to different pressure requirements of various materials under a specific compression ratio.On the other hand,a fixed pressure has to be used with molds of different sizes for different materials due to the varied molding compression ratios.Therefore,none of the above methods can quickly accommodate the production requirements under various materials or brick sizes.In order to solve this problem,this study put forward a design scheme of a controllable-feeding hydraulic baking-free brick-making machine,and roughly manufacture a prototype.Then,the sample bricks are manufactured with modified immature soil,and theirs compressive strength is tested.The results show that this controllable-feeding hydraulic baking-free brick-making machine can produce immature soil bricks with lower dimensional error and the compressive strength can up to 2.49 MPa.This brick-making machine can well satisfy the requirements of production and design of immature soil bricks.
