摘  要:为促进转岗分流职工的再就业,提高他们的技能水平及综合素养,分析了职工转岗分流现状,指出了职工转岗分流过程中的突出问题,提出了解决转岗分流职工教育培训问题的对策。应加大对转岗分流职工培训经费的投入,建立行之有效的转岗职工培训网络,创新转岗分流职工教育培训的专业化,完善转岗分流职工教育培训的激励政策。In order to promote the re-employment of job transfer and distribution,and to improve their skill level and comprehensive literacy,the research analyzes the present situation of staff transfer and distribution,finds the problems,and proposes the countermeasures of education and training of staff job transfer and distribution.It is suggested to strengthen the investment of job transfer and distribution training,establish effective training network of staff under job transfer,innovate the training professionalism of staff under job transfer and distribution,and perfect the incentive policy.
