微纳米薄层石墨基水性防氡涂料的制备及其性能研究

摘  要:首先制备了一种微纳米薄层石墨浆料,然后以苯丙乳液为成膜基料,配以玻璃粉、绢云母及其他颜填料和助剂,制备了一种微纳米薄层石墨基水性防氡涂料。研究发现,微纳米薄层石墨浆料的添加量以3%为宜,此时涂料的防氡效率达到92.7%,涂料颜色对其防氡效率无影响;紫外光老化时间达400 h时,涂料的防氡效率仍可达到92.3%,防氡性能长效稳定。First,a kind of micro-nano thin-layer graphite paste was prepared,and then using styrene acrylic emulsion as the film-forming material,with glass powder,sericite and other fillers,pigments and auxiliaries,waterborne anti-radon coatings was prepared.It is found that the appropriate amount of micro-nano thin-layer graphite slurry is 3%.At this time,anti-radon efficiency of coatings reaches 92.7%,paint color has no effect on anti-radon efficiency,the anti-radon efficiency of coatings can still reach 92.3%when the UV aging time reaches 400 h,and the anti-radon performance of coatings is long-term and stable.
