摘　　要：制备T2单克隆抗体并确定其基本特性,为后期快速检测方法建立奠定基础。利用自制的多抗血清和单克隆抗体,建立酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)快速测定方法。结果显示,该方法灵敏、特异,可为大量样本测定储备条件。T2 monoclonal antibody was prepared and its basic characteristics were determined,which laid a foundation for the establishment of a rapid detection method in the later stage.A rapid enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)method was established by using polyantiserum and monoclonal antibody prepared in our laboratory.The results showed that this method was sensitive and specific,and was a reserve condition for the determination of a large number of samples.
