摘 要:本研究以天津某高校A2/O-MBR污水处理站作为工程案例,通过对MBR膜污染及控制技术研究等,为该污水处理站在优化运行、系统性能和稳定性的提高、膜污染控制等方面提出有效方案,具有很好的科研价值。通过试验和分析研究,该校园污水处理站的MBR调控方案为:污泥龄SRT控制在25~35 d,最佳气水比为18∶1,间歇出水抽停比为8∶2(产水泵运行8min,停止2min)。通常情况下,MBR膜组件清洗周期为3个月,根据膜压差选择药洗方式,使MBR膜组件能够恢复较好的通量。This project takes one the Anaerobic-Anoxic-Aerobic&Membrane Bio-reactor A2/O-MBR sewage treatment plant in the university of Tianjin as a case study.Through the study of membrane fouling and control technology,it provides an effective scheme for optimizing operation,improving system performance and stability,and controlling membrane fouling of the sewage treatment plant.It has good scientific research value.Through the test and analysis,the MBR control scheme of the campus sewage treatment plant are:The solid retention time(SRT)was controlled at 25~35 d,the optimum gas water ratio was 18∶1,and intermittent water outage ratio was 8∶2(Pump running for 8 minutes and stopping for 2 minutes).Usually,MBR membranes are cleaned every three months.The medicine backwash method was selected according to the membrane pressure difference,so that it can recover better flux.
