摘 要:采用自制的N,N-双(2-羟乙基)磷酸二乙酯(DEPA)为阻燃功能扩链剂,全氟己基乙醇(S104)为封端剂,三羟甲基丙烷为交联剂,制得阻燃防污功能水性聚氨酯织物整理剂(DPUF),并通过二浸二轧技术对棉织物进行整理.通过红外光谱(FT-IR)和X-射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)对DPUF主组分的结构进行表征,通过热重分析仪(TGA)对DPUF的热稳定性进行分析,用扫描电镜(SEM)对棉织物及棉织物燃烧后的炭层进行观察,并研究了整理后棉织物的阻燃性、白度及防污性等.结果表明,本文成功合成了DPUF织物整理剂.随着DEPA含量的增加,DPUF膜的炭化率增加,且经DPUF整理后棉织物的LOI值从17.4%提高到了24.2%,有效提高了棉织物的阻燃性能.但棉织物的白度有所降低.水接触角测试结果表明,DPUF处理后的织物具有一定防污性能,织物表面最高接触角为129.9°,但随着DEPA含量的增加,水接触角缓慢降低.The flame retardant and anti-fouling water-based polyurethane fabric finishing agent(DPUF)was prepared by using self-made N,N-bis(2-hydroxyethyl)diethyl phosphate(DEPA)as flame retardant functional chain extender,perfluorohexyl ethanol(S104)as end sealing agent and trimethylpropane as crosslinking agent,and through the two dip two rolling technology for cotton woven fabric finishing.The structure of the main components of DPUF was characterized by FT-IR and XPS,and the thermal stability of DPUF was analyzed by TGA.The carbon layer of cotton fabric and cotton fabric were observed by scanning electron microscope(SEM),and the flame retardant,whiteness and antifouling properties of cotton fabric were studied.The results showed that DPUF fabric finishing agent was successfully synthesized in this paper.With the increase of DEPA content of flame retardant,the carbonization rate of DPUF film increased,and the LOI value of cotton fabric after DPUF treatment increased from 17.4%to 24.2%,effectively improving the flame retardant performance of cotton fabric.But the whiteness of cotton fabric decreased.The test results of water contact angle showed that the fabric after DPUF treatment had certain anti-fouling properties.The highest contact angle on the fabric surface was 129.9°,but the water contact angle slowly decreased with the increase of DEPA content.
