摘　　要：二硅酸锂微晶玻璃主要用于牙科修复,为了使修复体具有和真牙相似的外观和色泽,微晶玻璃的精确着色是该材料当下的研究重点.本文采用烧结法二次着色工艺,比照Vita牙科比色板颜色,使用不同质量百分比的锆铁红(Fe 2O 3)、锆钒蓝(V 2O 5)和锆镨黄(Pr 6O 11)三种色料调制出具有类真牙淡黄色调的二硅酸锂试样,利用XRD及紫外分光光度计测试研究了不同浓度色料对材料晶相组成和L、a、b色度值的影响.在经过了两轮色料配比的改进后,得到了颜色与Vita比色板C相近的样品,该颜色为常见的中国人牙色.Lithium disilicate glass-ceramic is mainly used for dental restoration.In order to make the restorations have an appearance and color similar to real teeth,the precise coloring of the glass-ceramics is the current research focus of this material.This article uses the sintering secondary coloring process,comparing the color of the Vita dental shade plate,using different mass percentages of zirconium iron red(Fe 2O 3),zirconium vanadium blue(V 2O 5)and zirconium praseodymium yellow(Pr 6O 11)to prepare lithium disilicate sample with a yellowish tint like true teeth.Using XRD and UV spectrophotometer,the effects of different concentrations of pigments on the crystal phase composition and L,a,b chromaticity values of the material were studied.After two rounds of improvement of the color ratio,a sample with a color similar to that of the Vita shade guide C was obtained,which is a common Chinese tooth color.
