摘 要:力觉是仿生体智能感知的重要内容,本文提出一种基于光纤布拉格光栅双层分布式阵列单元的力觉传感器。基于光纤布拉格光栅的传感机理,设计了一种十字型光纤布拉格光栅阵列单元,埋置入聚合物材料中并进行了仿真分析。搭建力觉传感实验平台,完成了温度,压力和剪切力传感实验并进行了重复性分析。仿真和实验结果表明,该力觉传感器能实现力觉信息检测,并具有良好的线性度和重复性。FBG1和FBG2的温度灵敏度分别为13.3 pm/℃和12.8 pm/℃;FBG1和FBG2的正向压力灵敏度分别为0.0258 nm/N和0.0284 nm/N,百分误差平均值分别为2.77%和2.59%;FBG1 x正向剪切力灵敏度为0.0536 nm/N,百分误差平均值为3.77%。该传感器有望应用于力觉传感领域,具有一定的应用价值。Force sense is an important content of intelligent perception of bionic body,a kind of force sensor based on fiber Bragg grating with double layer distributed array element is proposed.A cruciform fiber Bragg grating array element was designed based on the sensing principle of fiber Bragg grating.Then,it was embedded in polymer material and simulated.The force sensing experiment platform was built,the temperature,pressure and shear force sensing experiments were completed and the repeatability analysis was carried out.Simulation and experimental results show that the force sensor can realize force sense information detection,and has good linearity and repeatability.The temperature sensitivity of FBG1 and FBG2 were 13.3 pm/℃and 12.8 pm/℃,respectively.The positive pressure sensitivity of FBG1 and FBG2 were 0.0258 nm/N and 0.0284 nm/N,respectively,with the mean percentage error of 2.77%and 2.59%.The x shear force sensitivity of FBG1 was 0.0536 nm/N,and the mean percentage error was 3.77%.The sensor is expected to be applied in the field of force sensing and has some application value.
