摘 要:本文结合三维全波电磁仿真软件,研制了一款应用于致冷环境下的介质加载同轴双频馈源系统。仿真和实测结果表明:在工作频带内的驻波优于1.3:1,主波束等化特性良好。致冷状态下,对系统引入的噪温小于3K,显著提高了系统的增益与噪温之比,很好满足了工程应用需求。Combined with the threedimensional fullwave electromagnetic simulation software,a mediumloaded coaxial dualfrequency feed system applied in the refrigerating environment is developed.The simulation and actual measurement results show that the standing wave ratio in the operating band is better than 1.3:1,and the main beam equalization characteristics are good.In the refrigeration state,the noise temperature introduced to the system is less than 3K,which significantly improves the ratio of the system gain to the noise temperature and meets the needs of engineering applications.
