摘　　要：随着测绘综合保障在处置应急突发事件中所起的作用越发明显,人们更加希望能高效快速提供所需地理信息数据产品。为了满足应急保障地理信息应用中多尺度地理信息数据、应急保障工作图快速制作的需要,本文在研究应急保障工作图概念和特点的基础上,设计了包括综合条件参量和综合操作算子的应急保障工作图综合处理模型,研究了应急保障工作图的制作处理模式,为应急保障工作图的定制、应用做了技术上的探讨和验证。As the comprehensive mapping support plays an important role in emergency response,it is expected that the geo-information data products can be provided in an efficient and rapid way.In order to meet the needs of rapid production of multi-scale geographic information data and emergency support maps,based on the concept and characteristics of emergency support map,a generalization processing model for emergency support map is designed,which includes generalization condition parameters and generalization operators.Besides,the mapping processing mode of the emergency support is studied.The customization and application of emergency map is discussed and verified technologically.
