摘  要:以CH2Cl2为萃取剂,采用分散液液微萃取(DLLME)-气相色谱法(GC)相结合的方法测定水样中14种农药残留量的研究。实验对影响萃取效率的因素进行优化并得到最佳的萃取条件为:在5.00 mL样品溶液中,加入200μL CH2Cl2,充分振荡,以4000 r/min离心5 min,最后移取1.00μL CH2Cl2直接进样分析。该方法线性范围为0.01~2.0μg/L(r≥0.9953),检出限为0.001μg/L,回收率为82.5%~123.3%。In this paper,the analysis of 14 pesticide residues of the water samples was developed used as dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction(DLLME)and gas chromatography-electron capture detection(GC).The extraction conditions were optimized.5.00 mL of the sample solution was added 200μL CH2Cl2 and vigorously vibrated into emulsion,and then centrifuged(4000 r/min)for 5 min,finally,1.00μL of CH2Cl2 was injected directly into GC for analysis.The linear range,detection limit(LOD),and recovery of this method are 0.01~2.0μg/L(r≥0.9953),0.001μg/L,and 82.5%~123.3%,respectively.
