摘  要:目的通过对高甘油三酯血症患者和健康对照人群的血浆miRNA表达谱进行分析,希望找出能够作为高甘油三酯血症的诊断标志物及治疗靶点。方法选取2016年12月至我院体检的高甘油三酯血症患者137例及健康对照人群161例,应用miRNA芯片和定量RT-PCR的检测方法,比较高甘油三酯血症患者和正常对照组人群血浆miRNA的表达差异。结果芯片实验结果初步筛选出两组人群之间表达具有显著差异的12个miRNAs,而后通过RT-PCR的方法进行验证,最终发现与健康对照人群相比,高甘油三酯血症患者血浆hsa-miR-4728-3p表达水平明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血浆miR-4728-3p的表达水平可作为高甘油三酯血症的诊断标志物和治疗靶点。Objective To identify biomarkers for diagnosis as well as targets for treatment for hypertriglyceridemia.Methods Base on whether plasma triglycerides≥1.7 mmol/l or not,137 patients with hypertriglyceridemia and 161 healthy individuals were included in this study.miRNA microarray and quantitative RT-PCR were performed for seeking differentially expressed miRNAs between hypertriglyceridemia group and normal triglyceride group.Results Between hypertriglyceridemia group and normal triglyceride group,12 differentially expressed miRNAs were screened out by means of miRNA microarray.And finally,results of quantitative RT-PCR showed that hsa-miR-4728-3p was significantly higher in hypertriglyceridemia group compared with normal triglyceride group(P<0.05).Conclusion The current study presented that miR-4728-3p may serve as a novel biomarker for diagnosis and a potential target for the treatment for hypertriglyceridemia.
