摘  要:青年讲师是地方普通院校教学和科研力量的生力军,是地方高校未来发展的中坚力量。他们的生存状态存在着诸多困境,突出表现在教学压力大,行政兼职杂;科研阻力多,评奖发文难;工资收入少,生活支出多;家庭琐事繁,学习进修紧等方面。改善地方本科院校青年讲师的生存困境应从放开科研准入门槛,消除讲师身份歧视;调整地方普通院校教师工作任务,减轻讲师工作压力;多开奖励补贴渠道,提高讲师收入待遇等方面入手。Young lecturers are the important force of teaching and scientific research,the backbone of the future development in local colleges.However,they face many dilemmas in their life,such as high teaching pressure,various administrative part-time jobs;scientific research tension,difficult bonus winning and academic publication,low salary,large life expenditures,complicated family trivialities,intensive further training and so on.To solve the survival predicament of young lecturers in local colleges,the barriers of scientific research should be reduced and identity discrimination should be ignored;common teachers’task in local colleges and lecturers’pressure should be lightened;more subsidy and treatment should be offered to young lecturers for a better wages and benefits.
