摘　　要：目的:探讨CAMP试验联合触酶试验对B群链球菌的诊断价值,指导临床正确鉴定B群链球菌,减少误诊率,预防新生儿感染的发生。方法:本院分离的214株革兰阳性球菌,其中107株B群链球菌,107株其他革兰阳性球菌,同时进行CAMP试验及触酶试验,观察其鉴定B群链球菌的灵敏度和特异性。结果:94.7%(54/57)凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌产生类似CAMP溶血环,干扰B群链球菌的鉴定;CAMP联合触酶试验诊断B群链球菌,其灵敏度为97.3%(104/107),特异性100%(107/107),阳性预测值100%(104/104),阴性预测值97.3%(107/110),符合率98.6%;CAMP联合触酶试验与细菌鉴定的结果比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:CAMP联合触酶试验对B群链球菌有较高的诊断价值,经济实用,适合在基层医院推广。Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of CAMP test combined with catalase test for group B Streptococcus,guide the clinical identification of group B streptococcus,reduce the misdiagnosis rate and prevent the occurrence of neonatal infection.Methods:214 strains of Gram-positive cocci were isolated in our hospital,including 107 strains of Group B Streptococcus and 107 other gram-positive cocci.The sensitivity and specificity of group B Streptococcus were observed by CAMP test and thiase test.Results:94.7%(54/57)coagulase-negative Staphylococcus produced similar CAMP hemolytic ring and interfered with the identification of Group B Streptococcus.The sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value and negative predictive value in the diagnosis of Group B Streptococcus were 97.3%(104/107),100%(107/107),100%(104/104),97.3%(107/110),and the coincidence rate was 98.6%.There was no significant difference between CAMP combined catalase test and bacterial identification(P>0.05).Conclusion:CAMP combined with catalase test is of high diagnostic value for Group B streptococcus,economical and practical,and suitable for promotion in primary hospitals.
