从“疫毒内陷”角度探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎正虚特点及其预防策略

摘　　要：新型冠状病毒肺炎患者大多为轻型与普通型,少数可转为重型,其机理正如吴又可所言:“正虚邪实,其发必重;正虚邪微,其发必轻。”然邪实方面(病毒的毒力)往往由病毒本身决定;正虚却可以提前诊断,提前干预,通过使用正确的扶正方法(益宗气,升清阳,温通阳气,宣畅气机)以及避免使用耗伤正气的方法(过汗、峻下、苦寒冰伏),可令体虚患者正气充沛,祛邪有力,疫气易于外透,从而截断病势向重症转变,避免出现正气溃败、疫毒内陷的危险重症。Most patients with corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19)are those with mild and common cases,and only a few turn to severe cases.The mechanism is just as what Wu Youke said as follow:With serious Zheng Qi deficiency and excessive evil factors,the case must be serious;if there is a little Zheng Qi deficiency,the case must be light".However,the evil factor aspect(virulence of the virus)is often determined by the virus itself,but the eficiency of the Zheng Qi can be diagnosed and intervened in advance.By using correct methods of strengthening the Zheng Qi(tonifying Zong Qi,promoting Qing Yang,warming Yang Qi,activating Qi movement)and avoiding the use of methods that damage Zheng Qi(excessive sweating,severe depression,bitter cold and ice),can make patients with physical weakness full of Zheng Qi,being effective in removing Evil factors to penetrate out,thereby cutting off the transformation of the disease to severe disease,avoiding the danger of the collapse of Zheng Qi and the risk of invading the virus.
