新型冠状病毒肺炎的病因病机及证治

摘　　要：新型冠状病毒为中医的“疫毒”,且应属“燥毒”。新型冠状病毒肺炎属于中医“疫病”,其病因病机是燥热伤肺,疫毒之邪伏藏于肺,兼有湿热阻滞、脾肺气虚、寒湿困脾。本病宜辨病与辨证结合分期分型论治,可分为初期、中期(重症期)、后期(危症期)和恢复期4个阶段。治疗原则应以保肺宣肺透邪为主,恢复肺的宣降功能和脾胃的升降运化功能。治疗方法应立足于保肺,即保阳明燥金之肺脏,主要求之于手足太阴之经,以祛太阴之湿邪、补太阴之津液,而不是泻阳明胃肠之实热。The corona virus disease 2019(COVID-2019)belongs to the"epidemic evil factor"in Chinese medicine,and it is characterized as"Dryness toxin".The new type of corona virus pneumonia belongs to the"epidemic disease"in traditional Chinese medicine,the etiology and pathogenesis of which is Dryness-heat injuring the Lungs.The evil factor of the epidemic virus accumulates in the Lung,and it is blocked by Dampness-heat,with Spleen and Lung Qi deficiency and cold and Dampness blocking the Spleen.This disease should be treated with disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation combined with staging and typing concept,which can be divided into four stages,namely,initial stage,intermediate stage(critical stage),late stage(most critical stage)and recovery stage.The principle of treatment should be mainly to protect the Lung,diffuse the Lung and permeate the pathogens,so as to restore the function of propagating and descending Qi of the Lung and the function of lifting,moving,and transforming of the Spleen and Stomach.The treatment method should protect the Lung,that is,which is Yangming Zaojin in five element system.The main treatment is to treat the Taiyin meridian of the hands and feet to eliminate the dampness of the Taiyin and replenish the body fluid of the Taiyin,instead of reducing the Yangming heat of the stomach and intestines.
