温补肾阳法治疗原发性痛经

摘　　要：原发性痛经临床主要表现为下腹疼痛和坠胀,伴有恶心、烦怒、头晕等症状,“不通则痛”和“不荣则痛”是原发性痛经的主要病因。本病病变主要在胞宫,以阳虚为本,血瘀为标,与冲任、气血运行失调有关,并与肝、肾、脾三脏功能紊乱密切联系。经前期阳长阴消,是阳气逐渐冲旺的时期;行经期重阳转阴,在阳气的推动下经血得以正常排出;经间期重阴转阳;经后期阴长阳消。可见经期各阶段都需肾阳的参与,因此,温补肾阳法治疗原发性痛经反映了中医治病求本的思想。The main clinical manifestations of primary dysmenorrhea are pain and swelling of the lower abdomen,accompanied by symptoms such as nausea,irritability,and dizziness.The main causes of primary dysmenorrhea are Qi and blood stagnation as well as under-nutrition of Qi and blood.The pathology of this disease is mainly in the uterus.It is Yang deficiency in root and blood stasis in symptom.It is related to the imbalance of Chong and Ren Meridians as well as the imbalance of Qi and blood,and is closely related to the dysfunction of Liver,Kidney and Spleen.During the premenstrual period,the Yang is developing and the Yin disappears gradually;during the menstrual period,the excessive Yang turns to the Yin,and the menstrual blood can be discharged normally under the promotion of the Yang;during menstrual period the excessive Yin turns to Yang.It can be seen that the participation of Kidney Yang is required at all stages of menstruation.Therefore,the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea by warming and invigorating Kidney Yang reflects the thinking of traditional Chinese medicine for treating diseases.
