肿瘤患者无瘤状态的中医诊治思路

摘　　要：肿瘤患者术后,部分患者处于一种无症状且无可见肿瘤的状态。肿瘤若不复发则治愈,患者甚至可以完全回归社会;肿瘤复发则往往意味着患者进入晚期不可治愈状态,只能姑息治疗延长生命。这段时期正是发挥中医治未病特色的时机,因其有形之积已消,需调和阴阳,恢复平衡。中医治疗肿瘤的优势不在于使肿瘤缩小,而在于调节机体平衡,消除肿瘤生存的内在环境,改变肿瘤易于生长复发的土壤,使其消于萌发之初,从而达到治未病的目的。After tumor operation,some patients are in a state of asymptomatic without visible tumor.If the tumor does not recur,it can be cured,and the patient can even fully return to society;tumor recurrence often means that the patient has entered an advanced incurable state and can only be palliatively treated to prolong life.This period is the time to give play to the characteristics of TCM treatment of disease prevention.When the tangible accumulation has disappeared,it is necessary to reconcile Yin and Yang and restore balance.The advantage of TCM treatment of tumors is not to shrink tumors,but to adjust the balance of the body,eliminate the internal environment for tumor survival,change the soil where tumors are prone to grow and recur,and make them disappear at the beginning of germination,so as to achieve the goal of curing the disease.
