摘　　要：“气上冲胸”是患者自觉有气从小腹上冲至心胸、咽喉的异常感觉。此证候散见于《伤寒论》《金匮要略》各章节之中,病因病机多有差异。“医门八法”为清代医家程钟龄所创,包含“汗、吐、下、和、消、清、温、补”,临床上根据病情需要,可一法单用或多法合用。《伤寒论》《金匮要略》治疗“气上冲胸”,体现汗法的有桂枝汤和葛根汤;体现吐法的有瓜蒂散;体现和法的有乌梅丸和奔豚汤;体现消法的有苓桂术甘汤和桂苓五味甘草汤;体现清法的有烧裈散;体现温法的有桂枝加桂汤;体现补法的有大建中汤;体现下法的并未于书中见到。从“汗、吐、下、和、消、清、温、补”八法论治《伤寒论》《金匮要略》“气上冲胸”,可以帮助我们更加全面理解“气上冲胸”治疗方法,更加熟练地运用经方治疗冲气。Qi Shang Chong Xiong is an abnormal feeling of the patient consciously that Qi rushing from the lower abdomen to the chest and throat.This syndrome is noted in the chapters of Shang Han Lun and Jin Gui Yao Luo,and there are many differences cases in etiology and pathogenesis."Eight Methods of Medicine"was created by a physician named Cheng Zhongling in the Qing Dynasty,including"sweating,vomiting,purgation,harmonizing,eliminating,Heat clearing,warming,and tonifying".Clinically,one method can be used alone or multiple methods can be used in combination according to the needs of the disease.In Shang Han Lun and Jin Gui Yao Luo,Qi Shang Chong Xiong is treated with methods as follows:sweating method by using Guizhi Decoction and Gegen Decoction;vomiting method by using Guadi Powder;harmonizing method by using Wumei Pills and Bentun Decoction;eliminating method by using Linggui Zhugan Decoction and Guiling Wuwei Gancao Decoction;Heat clearing method by using Shaokun Powder;warming method by using Guizhi Jiagui Decoction;tonifying method by using Da Jianzhong Decoction.There is no clinical case of using purgation method in the two books.All of the above can help us fully understand the treatment method of"Qi Shang Chong Xiong"and use classic prescriptions more skillfully.
