摘　　要：目的:建立医院制剂胡芪降脂胶囊的质量标准,提高对内在质量的控制。方法:采用薄层色谱法对处方中荜茇进行定性鉴别,采用显微鉴别法对处方中当归进行定性鉴别。结果:薄层色谱中斑点显色清晰,阴性对照无干扰。当归的显微特征明显。结论:方法可行。Objective:To establish the quality standard ofhospital preparedHuqijiangzhiCapsules,and improve the intrinsic quality of the preparation.Methods:The Piper longum L.was qualitatively identified by TLC and the microscopic characteristics of Angelica:sinensis was identified by microscopic identification method.Results:TLC identification method had clear spots and no negative interference,so the TLC identification of Piper longum was established.The microscopic characteristics were obvious,and the microscopic identification of Angelica sinensis was established.Conclusion:This method was feasible and can be used for the qualitativeidentification of Huqijiangzhi Capsules.
