摘 要:为了研究石墨烯对蚕豆作物生长发育的影响.本研究将蚕豆(Vicia faba L.)种子随机分为空白组和实验组,利用不同质量浓度(0~100.00 mg/L)石墨烯溶液处理蚕豆幼苗根系.通过评价蚕豆植株和根系的生长发育指标及根系土壤肥力,筛选石墨烯溶液最佳处理质量浓度.与空白组相比,实验组25.00 mg/L石墨烯溶液处理后蚕豆植株的株高和叶片光合作用显著增加(t=3.46、2.16,P<0.05);实验组20.00和25.00 mg/L石墨烯溶液处理后蚕豆幼苗根系总长度和总体积显著增加(t=2.89~7.51,P<0.05),而根系总比表面积数据差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组20.00和25.00 mg/L石墨烯溶液处理后根系土壤铵态氮和有效钾的含量显著增加(t=3.92~22.10,P<0.05).综合而言,25.00 mg/L的石墨烯溶液对蚕豆地上和地下部分的生长发育具有最佳的促进作用.To explore the optimal concentration of graphene to promote the growth and development of Vicia faba L.,the seeds were randomly divided into the blank and experimental groups in this study,the roots of Vicia faba L.seedlings were watered by different mass concentrations(0-100.00 mg/L)of graphene solutions.By evaluating the growth and development indexes of Vicia faba L.and the soil fertility of roots,the best mass concentration of graphene solution was selected.Compared with the blank group,the plant height and leaves photosynthesis of the 25.00 mg/L graphene solution experimental group increased significantly(t=3.46,2.16,P<0.05);the total root length and volume of the 20.00 and 25.00 mg/L graphene solution experimental groups increased significantly(t=2.89-7.51,P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the total specific surface area of roots(P>0.05);the content of ammonium nitrogen and available potassium of the 20.00 and 25.00 mg/L graphene solution experimental groups increased significantly(t=3.92-22.10,P<0.05).In summary,the 25.00 mg/L graphene solution had the best effect on the growth and development of Vicia faba L.seedlings.
