摘 要:为了探索牙舟陶釉在烧制过程中产生各种裂纹的影响因素,本实验在牙舟陶蓝绿色透明裂纹釉基础配方上,从烧成温度、釉料组分、釉层厚度等多方面,采用单因素实验的方法,研究影响牙舟陶釉面裂纹的影响因素。实验结果表明:在玻璃釉中,当釉层厚度大于0.8 mm、烧成温度在1200~1250℃情况下,玻璃粉和钾长石、磷酸钡等膨胀系数较大的组分共同作用可促使釉面裂纹的形成,当玻璃釉中引入磷酸钡时,釉面可产生冰裂效果的裂纹。In order to explore the influencing factors of various cracks during the firing process of Yazhou ceramic glaze,this experiment was based on the blue-green transparent crack glaze of Yazhou ceramic,from firing temperature,glaze composition,glaze layer thickness,etc.In many aspects,the single-factor experiment method was used to study the influencing factors affecting the cracks in the glazed surface of Yazhou ceramics.Experimental results showed that in glass glazes,when the thickness of the glaze layer was greater than 0.8 mm and the firing temperature was 1200~1250℃,the glass powder and the components with large expansion coefficients such as potassium feldspar and barium phosphate can promote the formation of surface cracks,and when the barium phosphate was introduced into the glass glaze,the ice surface can produce cracks with the effect of ice cracking.
