摘　　要：随着食品卫生标准的提高,植物油抽提溶剂和烃类溶剂正己烷的技术质量标准也越来越严格。及时调整生产工艺参数,生产出合格的溶剂油,可以优先抢占市场,获得较高的经济效益。本文以茂名石化重整抽余油为原料,制定工艺流程方案,在实验室中试装置开展试验,研究出了生产合格植物油抽提剂和正己烷的加氢工艺条件和切割工艺条件。With the improvement of food hygiene standards,technical quality standards for vegetable oil extract and n-hexane,a hydrocarbon solvent,have also become increasingly stringent.Adjusting production process parameters timely and producing qualified solvent oil can preempt the market to obtain higher economic benefits.Taking the residual oil extracted from reforming unit of Maoming Petrochemical Company as raw material,process plan was made,and the device was tested in the laboratory.The hydrogenation and cutting conditions of qualified vegetable oil extractant and n-hexane were studied.
