摘 要:本研究基于硫氰合铁配合物{[Fe(SCN)n](3-n)}在不同水含量的乙醇溶剂中的吸收光谱变化,建立了一种简单、快速的测定有机溶液中水含量的方法。探讨了[Fe(SCN)n](3-n)在含水乙醇中的变色机理及光谱测定条件。研究表明[Fe(SCN)n](3-n)在有机溶剂中的吸光度与其含水量间有良好的线性关系,相关系数在-0.9997^-0.9905。该法具有低成本、重现性好、灵敏度高、简单、快速等优点。该法在实际样品测定呈现结果令人满意,有较好的加标回收率(98.46%~103.50%)。A simple and rapid method for determining the water content of organic solutions based on the absorption spectrum changes of ferric thiocyanate complexes in ethanol solvents with different water contents was established.The discoloration mechanism and spectrometric determination conditions of ferric thiocyanate complex in ethanol solvent were discussed in the presence of water.The experimental results showed that there was a good linear relationship between the absorbance of the ferric thiocyanate complex in organic solvents and the water content,and the linear correlation coefficients ranged from-0.9997 to-0.9905.This method has the advantages of low cost,good reproducibility,high sensitivity,simple operation,rapid detection and so on.The method showed satisfactory results in determining actual samples and had a good recovery rate in 98.46%~103.50%.
