摘 要:在pH 4~10的BR缓冲溶液中,氯化十六烷基吡啶与日落黄共存时,吸收明显减弱。考察了体系的最佳实验条件、光谱特征、灵敏度和选择性,发现:482 nm处体系的吸光度与日落黄浓度呈良好的线性关系,相关系数r为0.9999,标准曲线为ΔA=8.65×10^-3-1.04×10^4 c,用于饮料中日落黄含量的测定,回收率为102.5%~104.4%,RSD为1.9%~2.5%,结果可靠,据此建立了一种测定饮料中日落黄含量的方法。In pH 4~10 BR buffer solution,when the cetylpyridinium chloride and the sunset yellow coexist with each other,the absorption is faded.The optimum reaction conditions and the spectral characteristics were studied,and the sensitivity and selectivity were investigated.The fading degree(ΔA)at 482 nm was directly proportional to the concentration of SY,the correlation coefficient r was 0.9999,and the standard curve wasΔA=8.65×10^-3-1.04×10^4 c.When the method was applied to determine the SY in beverages,the recovery rate was 102.5%~104.4%,RSD was 1.9%~2.5%.The results were reliable.Based on this,a new spectrophotometry was established to determine the SY in beverages.
