南一水库水环境分析及污染防控对策

摘　　要：南一水库是福建省唯一一座以防洪为主,结合发电和供水的大型水库。近年来由于上游生活污水、畜禽养殖废水、工业废水、网箱养殖等污染源的影响,库区水体呈现富营养化现象。本文依据漳州市南靖生态环境局组织的库区流域水质监测数据,分析了南一水库流域的水环境污染状况,并提出生活污染源综合整治、畜禽养殖污染治理措施、农业面源污染控制措施等污染源防控策略。Nanyi Reservoir is the only large reservoir in Fujian province with the major purpose of flood prevention,power generation and water supply resources.In recent years,due to the upstream domestic sewage,livestock and poultry breeding wastewater,industrial wastewater,cage breeding and other pollution sources,the water body of the reservoir presents the eutrophication phenomenon.Based on the monitoring data of water quality in the Basin of Nanyi Reservoir organized by Nanjing Ecological Environment Bureau of Zhangzhou city,the water environment pollution situation in the basin was analyzed,and the prevention and control strategies of domestic pollution sources,livestock and poultry pollution control measures,agricultural non-point pollution control measures and so on were put forward.
