抑郁情绪自我管理量表的汉化及信效度评价

摘　　要：[目的]对抑郁情绪自我管理量表(DSSM)进行汉化,并检验其信度和效度。[方法]通过翻译、回译、跨文化调试形成中文版DSSM量表,并对武汉市906名社区居民进行问卷调查,评价量表的信度和效度。[结果]中文版DSSM量表总体和知识维度、活动维度的Cronbach′sα系数分别为0.725,0.646,0.709,重测信度为0.854,0.692,0.849。量表各条目水平的内容效度指数(I-CVI)为0.830~1.000,量表水平的内容效度指数(S-CVI)为0.981。探索性因子分析在每个维度各提取2个公因子,累计方差贡献率分别为62.25%和64.53%。验证性因子分析结果显示模型适配度良好。[结论]中文版DSSM量表具有良好的信效度,可作为我国社区人群抑郁情绪自我管理能力的有效评估工具。Objective:To translate the Depression-Specific Self-Management Questionnaire(DSSM)into Chinese and test its reliability and validity.Methods:The Chinese version of DSSM was formed by adopting forward translation,back translation,and cross-cultural semantic equivalence assessment.Using the cross-sectional survey method,the reliability and validity of DSSM were tested by questionaire among 906 community residents in Wuhan city.Results:The Cronbach′sαcoefficients of overall score,knowledge dimension,and activity dimension of the Chinese version of DSSM were 0.725,0.646 and 0.709,respectively.And the retest reliability was 0.854,0.692 and 0.849,respectively.The item-level content validity index(I-CVI)ranged from 0.830 to 1.000.And the scale-level content validity index(S-CVI)was 0.981.Exploratory factor analysis(EFA)extracted 2 common factors in each dimension,whose cumulative variance contribution rate accounted to 62.25%and 64.53%,respectively.Confirmatory factor analysis showed that the model fit well.Conclusion:The Chinese version of DSSM has good reliability and validity,which can be used as an effective tool to evaluate self-management ability of depressive emotion in community residents in China.
