老年人家庭关怀度、生命意义感及抑郁的相关性

摘　　要：[目的]探讨老年人家庭关怀度、抑郁及生命意义感之间的关系。[方法]采用老年人生命意义源量表(SMSE)、家庭关怀度指数问卷(APGAR)、简版流调用抑郁自评量表(CES-D-10)对广州市601名老年人进行问卷调查。[结果]老年人SMSE得分为166.00(147.00,179.00)分。老年人APGAR得分为9.00(7.00,10.00)分,家庭功能良好454人(75.5%),中度障碍99人(16.5%),重度障碍47人(7.8%)。老年人CES-D-10得分为4.00(1.00,8.00)分,18.3%老年人得分≥10分。老年人CES-D-10得分与SMSE及APGAR得分均呈负相关。老年人生命意义感在家庭关怀度和抑郁间存在中介效应,中介效应占总效应的30.6%。[结论]医护人员可通过提高老年人生命意义感,增加家庭关怀度,减少老年抑郁的发生。Objective:To explore the relationship among family care,meaning in life and depression of the elderly.Methods:A total of 601 elderly people in Guangzhou city were investigated by using the Sources of Meaning in Life Scale for the Elderly(SMSE),Family Adaptation,Partnership,Growth,Affection,Resolve index(APGAR),and Center for Epidemiological Studies Depression Scale-10 item version(CES-D-10).Results:The average score of SMSE was 166.00.And scores of SMSE in the 25th and 75th percentile were 147.00 and 179.00,respectively.The average score of APGAR was 9.00.And scores of APGAR in the 25th and 75th percentile were 7.00 and 10.00,respectively.There were 454 elderly people with good family functions,accounting to 75.5%.There were 99 elderly people with moderate family dysfunctions,accounting to 16.5%.There were 47 people with severe family dysfunctions,accounting to 7.8%.The average score of CES-D-10 was 4.00.And scores of CES-D-10 in the 25th and 75th percentile were 1.00 and 8.00,respectively.The score of CES-D-10≥10 of the elderly accounted to 18.3%of study objects.The score of CES-D-10 for the elderly was negatively correlated with the scores of SMSE and APGAR.Meaning in life played a mediate role between family care and depression,whose mediating effect accounted to 30.6%of the total effect.Conclusion:It was suggested that medical staff could improve the meaning in life of the elderly and increase family care,so as to reduce the occurrence of depression in the elderly.
