哈尼族与拉祜族成人的Heath-Carter法体型研究

摘　　要：采用Heath-Carter法对云南省普洱市的哈尼族和拉祜族的体型特征进行研究.采用随机抽样法测量417例哈尼族成人(男性149例,女性268例)和488例拉祜族成人(男性239例,女性249例)的10项体型指标,分别计算了2个族群男性和女性的内、中、外因子值.结果显示:哈尼族男性(4.1-5.5-1.8)和拉祜族男性(3.2-5.7-1.9)均属于偏内胚层的中胚层体型,哈尼族女性(6.3-4.7-1.3)属于偏中胚层的内胚层体型,拉祜族女性(5.1-5.2-1.5)属于内胚层-中胚层均衡体型;2个族群比较,哈尼族成人更肥胖,而拉祜族成人的骨骼和肌肉更发达;相关分析显示,哈尼族和拉祜族男、女性的中因子值与年龄的相关性都不具有统计学意义(P>0.05),2个族群男性的外因子值都与年龄呈正相关(0.01<P<0.05或P<0.01),2个族群女性的内因子值都与年龄呈显著负相关(P<0.01);与国内其他11个族群比较,发现哈尼族、拉祜族、基诺族、布朗族这4个族群的体型较为接近.The adult somatotype characteristics of Hani and Lahu nationalities in Pu′er,Yunnan Province were studied by Heath-Carter method.By using random sampling method,the 10 somatotype indexes of 417 Hani adults(149 males and 268 females)and 488 Lahu adults(239 males and 249 females)were measured.The endomorphy,mesomorphy and ectomorphy factors of males and females of the two ethnic groups were calculated respectively.The results showed that the somatotype of the Hani males(4.1-5.5-1.8)and the Lahu males(3.2-5.7-1.9)belonged to endomorphic mesomorph category.The somatotype of the Hani females(6.3-4.7-1.3)belonged to mesomorphic endomorph category,and the Lahu females(5.1-5.2-1.5)be-longed to endomorph-mesomorph category.Compared with the two ethnic groups,Hani adults are more obese,while Lahu adults have more developed bones and muscles.The linear correlation analysis showed that there was no statistically significant correlation between the mesomorphy factor values and age in Hani and Lahu males and females(P>0.05).The ectomorphy factor values of males of the two ethnic groups were positively correlated with age(0.01<P<0.05 or P<0.01),and the endomo-rphy factor values of females of the two ethnic groups were significantly negatively correlated with age(P<0.01).Compared with the other 11 ethnic groups in China,it is found that the somatotype of Hani,Lahu,Jino and Blang are close to each other.
